Band Member 2024-2025 Fees

Band fees paid for this school year will help cover the cost of your student’s supplies and activities.  Here is a list of examples that have been calculated into the cost for the year:

• Band Performance Shirt
• Student T-Shirt
• Meals for travel competitions and football games
• Extra snacks for band camp
• Marching Shoes
• Gloves
• And more

While these costs do not cover 100% of the expense, they will help to make sure that each student is provided what they need for a successful year in the band program.  Fundraisers will be held throughout the year to fill in the gaps or help the students purchase extra items needed to perform this year.

The total band fee for this year is $200.  You can choose to pay the full amount at this time, half, or the $55 that is required by July 1st to guarantee their spot and show shirt.  If you pay the $55 at this time, the remainder can be paid during band camp in August.

Scholarships may be available for students who need assistance with fees this year.  Please reach out if you would like more information on payment options or opportunities to assist in this regard.  Also keep in mind that fundraisers will allow students to put money in their accounts that can be used for this year and the follow years to come.  Some students raise enough in fundraisers to avoid paying band fees altogether!
